Information Use

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal information to any third parties for any reason.  We respect the privacy of our users to the highest degree possible, and we are proud to say that our privacy policy is among the best among all dieting sites on the Internet.   We know that users are here because they're looking to lose weight, and that's the only purpose of our site.

Log Files

Like most standard Web sites we use basic log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages and platform type.  This is not personal information and cannot be linked to any individual person.  This general information is used to compile aggregate "trends" about the users of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, to help us learn which pages users like best -- so that we can make future articles better tailored to the needs of our many dieters.

Registration Information

For dieters who choose to register for a Username and Password to access certain parts of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots site, any information provided to us will be held in strict confidence and will never be divulged, sold, or otherwise shared with any third parties for any reason.  We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of our dieters.
